The Interview Process was straightforward and relatively simple. I applied in the fall and then received an email in the spring to set up a first round interview over the phone. The interview took about 30 minutes and it was with two hiring managers. The interview questions were centered around behavior, fit, and past experiences. After the first round interview, I heard back about two weeks later from HR, informing me that I had received the offer.
