I applied online and received a call a day later. Get prepared right when you apply about some H&M background, the phone call is a five-minute interview. I was then told to come in after the phone interview ended. Interviewed with one of the managers, very relaxed, some of the same interview questions - I passed the interview, and had to sign a background check. They set me up for an interview with the store manager, five days later (which is when the background checks usually come back) which was also very relaxed. I did well in that interview and was given an offer right then. Be yourself and you will do well!
