The interview process was simple and asked general questions about sales experience and working for long periods of time on foot. The interviewer was very friendly and was willing to share her experience with me about working for the company. The interview took about 15 minutes and I was offered the position within a few days.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
