I applied online and a few days later I got a phone call, it consisted of a number of brief questions like who is your idol, how long would it take you to get to the store and past experience. At the end I was asked to attend an interview in the shop and to bring my passport. At the interview I was asked mainly experience based questions like when I had dealt with a high pressured situation and how would I know if a customer is dissatisfied. At the end I was told that they would let me know if they would call me back for the practical interview.

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
