A group interview with 12 interviewees and 4 interviewers. First they introduced their company and what they do. Then us interviewees did self-introduction to each other in our own small group of 4. Then the manager asked questions one by one, for 2 or 3 rounds.

I had one interview with the department manager for about an hour. Pretty straightforward interview questions and it was very laid back. They called me a few days later and offered me the job.
Very group focused and they ask you scenario questions like customer service scenarios what you would do in this situation and they also make you style this mannequin with a group

it was a small group interview with the first session was QnA (tell about yourself, why apply for H&M, etc) and there was group discussion regarding customer service and retail study case. The last session was styling and presentation about the styling concept.
