Applied in store, went several times until they accepted my cv, after a few hours received phone call with phone in, had after a few days my face to face interview, after another few days received a call for asking me to do a probation day for a few hours, after 3 days received phone call confirming that I've got the job, starting from the next week. The interview - first day of work process was about 2 weeks and a half long.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
