Had a quick phone call interview asking basic questions about my previous work history and why I chose H&M. Was asked to come in for an in-person interview. In-person interview - Dressed fashionably in all black with a statement necklace and a blazer. Met with manager in a backroom of the sales floor. Was asked standard questions about myself, desired salary and my expectations for the job. Didn't get a call back - called the store a week later and the interviewing manager said she thought she had called me but forgotten to and that I had got the job! Easy peasy.
