Had a phone interview and then was invited for an in store interview, both were pleasant, in store interview was with two people, one asking questions and the other writing responses. I had a background check after the in store interview and after it came back I was invited for another interview where they offered me the job.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
