In my case, there was only one interview to show them my personaility and why I would be a great fit for the company. The interview was a group setting. It consisted of three candidates (including myself) and two department managers. It was relaxed and not stressful at all. Prior to getting invited to the interview, I was asked about my availability.

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
