I applied online. A few days later i got an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was about 10 minutes. She then set up dates to come in person. About a week later an in person interview was set up and took about 15-20 minutes. A week later I got called, saying I was given the offer.

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
