Today I had the assessment day which was extremely boring! U just have to say stuff like 5 important things u need to know for being sales advisor, to create an outfit for a imaginary customer and pick up from a news magazine different pictures and match some of them and thn explain why like that. At the end they just said we have to wait for an email or phone call with the answer if we passed or not

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
