First step - Online test - three quite challenging cases (no too sure how much it affects their decision though) Second - telephone interview with HR person. Basic questions concerning yourself, your experience, and reason why you apply - 15 min Third step - invited for interview at office - interview with Area manager/CFO and cases with controller. Nice and easy going. Only "brain-teasing" cases.

Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
