Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso H&M (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di set 2017
Colloquio
The interview was just like I read here. It was a group interview. At first, we had to writed our names in a labels and sticked in our shirt. Then, they gave a paper to fill with the timetable and easy questions about ourself. After that, they asked us simple questions to relax, like "How is your hero?". When we finished, we did some group task, like pick an outfit, answer what we could do in different situations, and things like that. Finally, they asked some feedback. It was a nice experience and a relax interview.
group interview, people were friendly and they asked a lot of general questions. then we all went to the shop floor, got assigned a certain outfit to make for a hypothetical customer and explained in front of the group why we chose it

I applied online, interview at the store. Casual talk with the store manager about the experiences and how the store works. It was pretty straight forward even without any experiences.

Group interview. 10 candidates in a small dingy room. Poorly organised and interviewers showed very little interest or skill in conducting an effective interview. Were in pairs for the whole thing, no way to stand out and other people taking credit for your ideas. No observation of how you handled planning and answering the tasks in your pairs, interviewers just sat there having a chat.
