I applied online and the process was split into two
firstly I was invited to a group interview which was approx. two hours
we were split into 3 groups as 3 managers were doing the interview.
we were given separate tasks with each manager.
the first one was work scenarios were they asked what we would do in situations. we were allowed to discuss in a group for this
the second was on the shop floor. we were read a brief about a customer and told we had to style them. one was for a casual boy and the other for a festival girl.
the final one was to ask sales advisors what it meant to do their role and then mind map what we thought the role involved.
after this, we were given individual feedback on the day and if successful were invited to a 1 on 1 interview the next day.
for me, this was a very casual interview and they asked about previous experience, Christmas work, and availability and then said the latest you would hear back would be within two days. you would get a phone call if successful and an email if unsuccessful

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
