Attended the group interview, it turned out to be fun because it was filled with engaging projects to test your customer service abilities such as mock phone calls and replying to customer's emailed complaints

It was very light asked me basic customer service questions, my history of customer service and what my schedule would look like. You first walk in asking for the manager, they find the manager and you follow them as they escort you to their little office and conduct the interview in that space.

The process was relative easy. They are very friendly and responsive during the recruitment process. They also included and an basic assignment to evaluate customer service skills and during the interview they performed and quick role play as well.
