They called first thing in the morning and I wasn't expecting it a call so soon. So via phone they asked why H&M, asked about my experience and what I liked about working in a team. As it seems it was first interview, then they invited me to participate in group interview. The group interview was new experience to me. I and other 5 people sat around the oval table and got asked question about H&M, well usual interview questions. Later they divided into a teams and gave situations and we were supposed to tell what would we do in that situation. Worth mentioning that we had to speak when we wanted after she asked a question. So you should be inniative and answer questions without being asked directly.
