Then, I was called up for an interview day consisting of two separate interviews. One focusing on personality and leadership, the other on job related questions. This was followed up by a personality test.

Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
