One of the worst interview process. Applied online, got a link to appear in online test. Got rejection mail after few days. After few more days, I was informed that I was not rejected and an interview round with HR was scheduled. Then came the feedback that they are looking for people with "fresh mind" (I am assuming less experienced than I am) and experience in fashion industry. Now all these things could have been checked before even scheduling first round of interview, I don't know why don't they do it. Good luck finding business analyst from fashion industry.
