Phone interview, very easy going, interviewer was very personable and gave me info not just on the position, but on themselves as well. It was a lot less nerve-wracking than other interviews I've had with other companies.

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
