I applied online, received an email for a group interview. Arrived there with only about 7 other people waiting for the interview. First we got a partner and had to find one weird fact about them and sort of introduce each other. Second we were asked why H&M and what do we know. Third, they gave us 1 sheet with questions on it, one person would read out a question and we would discuss as a group how to react. Then the paper would be passed onto the next person and another question is asked. Fourth we did a practical activity; we were put into a scenario- 5 minutes to get the store ready, with 4 boxes of clothes, 2 tables, and 2 clothes racks & hangers. Then afterwards we had 1 minute to put everything away. They then asked us how we could improve our performance. They wrapped up the session with Q&A.
