First step is the phone interview with HR. I did not get to the next stage, which interview with manager and the case. It took recruiter 3 weeks to get back on the status from the first interview, which is unreasonably lengthy.

Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
