The process was quite streamlined and I got response within a week. They also informed when I didn't get selected for the role, which was definitely a big plus. The interviewer was also quite friendly and explained everything in detail.

It was very normal. I applied with my LinkedIn account and they never called me for an interview. People expect experience rather than expertise. I think it would be better if they give a chance at least once and then finalize about the candidate.
