It's a four step process. First, you have a phone interview that lasts about 5 minutes. Then you have two other interviews where they ask basic questions and scenario questions, and the last one is the job offer where they explain the benefits and working for the store, etc. They may repeat questions in all three interviews since you're interviewing with each manager and supervisor of the store. Each interview was probably 15 minutes or less. Depends on the store though.
