Very relaxed casual interview. Started with an ice breaker: find out one interesting fact about your partner and share it with the group. Then they asked what we knew about H&M and why we wanted to work there. We moved on to scenario activities. One person would read out a scenario and the group had to brainstorm how to resolve issues in the scenario. The person who read it out would then tell the interviewer what we came up with. There was a quick debrief and the interviewers asked us to confirm our available times.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
