Relatively simple, i had a phone interview at first and asked about my past working experience. On Orientation day, it was nice because we were in a group of 3 and given a tour of the store and also all the emergency exits.

During mass-recruitment period, interview was conducted in a team-role play kind of direction. Felt that they were observing how we interact and work together in a team despite everyone being relatively unknown with each other.
