It was a group interview with 9 other people. To be honest, wasn't as daunting as it may seem, but there's a massive chance you will get overshadowed by others. The first task was to basically introduce yourself, you can draw or write things that represent you on a sheet (pets, family, hobbies etc.). They then present their values and things about their company, but will first ask you about these - you don't have to answer but it is best if you know them and can interject. You have to work with others to do a variety of tasks and answer questions, this can be really annoying since someone else you are working with will most likely say something you wanted to say or you may not even get a chance to say anything. When you are working within a group, it's just answering a few questions before you present it. By the end, you have to walk around and write down the positives and negatives about the shop and then present that with your group. Lastly, they ask you an individual question; could be easy or difficult depending on what you were expecting. This interview took about 2 hours.
