It’s a group interview. You get asked questions, then assigned group activities where you style outfits on certain themes. This is timed but is overall a fun interview activity. There is then a small form to complete

Group interview, was really engaging, listened to a presentation. Also did activities where we were being assessed was a very different way of being interviewed and was enjoyable and engaging.

It wasn't really an interview as it was an open walk in interview and it was with a group of other people. They gave us a paper with some questions and personal information to fill in.
Interview involved asking simple questions on past retail experiences, what i did on the job, strengths and weaknesses. Interviewer was casual and friendly, nothing too serious. Overall more like a casual conversation than serious interview.
