Applied via H&M career webpage with CV and cover letter. Got invited to a group interview with 15-20 other people. We got divided into groups and did different tasks. After the group interview each one of us had a short one-on-one interview with a manager.

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
