The process was extremely lengthy and felt like a waste of time. It began with an online assessment consisting of three different tests, followed by a phone interview, a values-based interview, and finally a technical interview. Altogether, the entire process took about six months.

The interview has several steps, starting from Resume review, online games, phone call and two more review interviews. Was completely disrespectful, the process took around 8 months from the moment I sent my CV, I passed successfully almost all of them but in the last one they decided to not move forward without giving any kind of feedback even when I explicitely ask for it. Having a person 8 months pushing forward, seems really unprofessional to send an automated message.
