The process consisted of preliminary personality and ability tests, then if you move forward, you have to answer a set of questions by recording video answers. The last step is a digital assessment day that consists of Introduction to the H&M Group Trainee Program, Group case interview (with 5 other candidates), and Personal/Behavioral & Values interview.
