Applied online, did an AI skills and personality based assessment. I was then invited to a group interview. There were about 10 other candidates there, we were asked to introduce ourselves and discussed “What customer service means” to us. After about 30 minutes, we were observed doing tasks on the shop floor. Finally, we were split into groups and asked to style a hypothetical customer and present our outfits back to the group.

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
