Initial interviewer missed the interview, so I reached out to another talent manager. Phone interview felt a bit rushed and didn’t get to really ask any questions. Very delayed follow up as well. The whole process was very loose and inconsistent
Teams meeting with 2 MTL. Told position is paid training from Nov to Dec on-line at your pace & several in-office with role playing. Then full time in January thru April 15th.

It’s pretty easy, they are very thorough and detailed, the interview process is not long but they do care about being able to multitask in a stressful, fast paced environment.
