A telephonic Interview is taken and some basic questions are asked by the interviewer and explained about the company ended the call by saying that they will send a new meeting request for the next round but never came and after 25 days email came that I am not selected with no clear reason.

0. Call with Recruiter 1. Take home coding test 2. Technical Interviews (minus last round) - Interviewers (read Employees), were friendly. Discussions around my current work, and my programming style/principles, etc. Was asked Medium-Hard difficulty coding questions in every round. I did pretty well in all these rounds. Wrote clean, complete, & working code without even running it ever. 3. Final Round: This Interviewer (higher official) did not have a slightest clue of what he wanted to ask and what he was asking. He asked me for something and was expecting something entirely different. I figured it out during the 2nd half of interview and tried to explain him what was happening, but he was not able to understand it even after multiple attempts. And then I was just so frustrated about what he was doing & was mentally very tired by that time because of what he did. I felt both ways - that he did not even realize what he did, and also that they just wanted to fail me. I still feel both are true. And finally, the recruiters will literally GHOST you forever, irrespective of how many times ever you try to reach them. Just give up on Feedback even before you start interviewing with them (Actually, I did sense it even before the interviews). Tells you how TOXIC the management is.
