The interview process consists of four parts. A questionnaire to begin , a video interview, phone interview, and then in person interview with a panel. The in person interview could depend on the applicant and the department that they have applied for/ are interviewing for.

Talked to a manager on the phone who then asked me to come in for an in-person interview. HCA was so nice and welcoming, really made you feel at home and wanted to get to know you, as well as you get to know HCA.
