I applied in July and they called me in October to schedule a phone interview. I had forgotten I had even applied to this position. The hiring manager had another colleague sit in the phone interview but she didn't say anything the entire time. I felt grilled the entire interview. It didn't feel like a conversation, it was an interrogation. When the hiring manager asked for my salary requirement, I gave her a range, and she asked me if that was the lowest I'd accept. She told me that in the position I would need to have a 90+% accuracy and production rate. From the little she did tell me, it sounded like they have a high turnover rate. It's been weeks since my phone interview and I never heard from her again.
