Interview first was an "on-demand" video screening and then had an in person group interview process for new graduates. The in person consisted of nurse managers for the specialty, a peer interview, then an executive interview.

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!
