Position is actually for a maintenance technician with no subordinate staff or vehicle. While the employment expectations are not unrealistic, I’ve seen this type of employment before. You end up using your own vehicle & wait for reimbursement of mileage. Being you are “management”, you are a salaried employee and ineligible for overtime. I understand this type of employment effectively separates some liabilities to the company but anybody who takes this employment is effectively carrying those burdens and risks working excessive overtime without proper compensation. I stopped the interview as soon as the “lay of the land”was visible.
