The interview process went very smooth. I had an initial interview with a recruiter to ensure I understood what the position entails and then an interview with the unit manager.

Strengths, weaknesses, why I want to be a nurse, and my 5 year plan
Was with the Nurse Manager and 2-3 nurses. Interview was about 30 minutes to an hour long. Was more focused on how you work as a team. They really like my customer experience!
