Over phone with 2 manager. Then zoom call with director. The interview was particularl about goals and values. The skillset you are bring to the company is also important. Went iver background work and specific examples of situations that reflected some type of leadership.

From applying, to offer, the process took about a month. There was an initial Hiring Manager interview virtually, and a second round on-site interview. Everyone was extremely nice, and you feel like you are already part of the team. The questions asked were behavioral/situational throughout all interviews.

Have you ever had an operational request that had a technical blocker?
Setup an phone screen through email and that phone screen was with one person and then panel interview with hiring managers. They called back to give me an offer and gave me next steps with the onboarding process.

Interviews went very smoothly and everyone was very helpful throughout the entire process of applying. Had a quick phone screen and two one on one interviews afterward. Recruiter was very nice too
