I applied through consultancy. I was asked to come to HDFC at 11'o clock. The interview started with my background description on both personal and professional front. Stress on why I left the vinous employer was shown. I tried managing it, but I some where felt the cluster head was not convinced about my answer. I left the venue and informed the consultant that the interview was negative and I won't get the offer. But to my surprise I received a call from the cluster head and he informed me that I am shortlisted and HR will call me on further process. The next day I received a call from the HR and I was informed that I have to give a online test and I need to clear it to get the offer. I gave the test the same day and I cleared it. Then I was sent a link where I had to declare references from the current employer. Then I received the salary breakup. The entire process took a week after my selection.
