They keep on recruiting at-least once every month. The first round is aptitude which consist of evaluating a candidate on their Quantitative & Communication capabilities. Second round is Group discussion which usually happens on the same day after you clear the first round. The third round usually happens another day which is a personal interview consisting of a panel of two members i.e. A Production manager and A Project leader. If you clear that you get further instructions in an email pretty soon.

There were in all 4 rounds. 1)Aptitude 2)Group Discussion 3)Meeting with a Senior Project Manager 4)HR interview First 2 rounds are conducted jointly by HR and a few employees. The last 2 interview rounds are the key rounds basis on which the selection takes place.
