Personality test, aptitude test and zoom interview. Extremely balanced and collaborative experience. The aptitude testy was interesting as you are expected to work out 'most likely' answers if you arent sure. This means an educated guess. They were very encouraging and just trying to home in on what you wanted to contribute, what roles you enjoyed - rather than to measure you as a candidate. I would describe the process as collegiate and enjoyable - but I had other career pulls at the time - so I didnt follow through.
