Easy interview. Had an in person interview with about three different people (one of which I would be working with), then a phone call follow up, and then an offer.

Major questions we’re asking what type of work I wanted to get into and talking about my work history/portfolio. Straightforward questions.
The interview process at HKS was organized and friendly. The team emphasized collaboration, design thinking, and cultural fit. Recruiters communicated clearly, and everyone I met seemed genuinely passionate about architecture and the firm’s mission. The focus was less on technical software tests and more on understanding my design approach and how I handle feedback.

Colloquio
It was a bit unorganized, but overall quite good people. The questions were basic, for example, software use, favorite past project, portfolio questions, etc. It was generally informal and very laid back.
