There was an HR round (telephonic) which was followed by an interview with the Content Director. I was asked to develop a sample training module of four hours (Technical/Skills Test). As I didn’t feel like switching before completing a year at my then organisation, I declined any further proceeding. I called HR Anexi back after a week, the HR welcomed my change of thought. I emailed the required test sample. When I cleared the technical round, I had to take an online Personality Test. I was then called for an interview during the same week. I was interviewed by the Assessments Head and Content Manager. After this round, I was interviewed by the MD of the company Ashish Arora and cleared this round as well.

The interview process was simple and short. 2 rounds of interview followed by an aptitude test and a final round of interview. The first level interview was just to understand the job and expectations. The test was extensive and gauges right behaviors.
