Telephone interview first, the manger interview, general questions for customer service, self introduction and behaviour questions that created by interviewer. If want to perform better, suggest to review the resume first, then do the mock with friends before doing the interview, understand the culture of the business
after my application the premier banker position. First it was a phone interview ,after one week around I got virtual interview and then face to face interview with the branch manager.
