One on phone interview and two in person. One with Manager and one with assistant manager. Although AM are no longer roles in HSBC. Very quick and one on one.

The interview was very quick and simple. The hiring manager asked about speaking with customers and handling difficult customers. It was not very formal and I felt comfortable speaking with the hiring manager.

There is a phone interview first. If OK, then there is a formal interview. Around 2 - 4 weeks for the result. It is not quite hard, but the language skills is the most important during these interviews.
