An informal interview with a HR representative to discuss the terms of employment and the duties in the position. Signed contract in the next interview. Barely any further contact with HR department, no interview with my immediate superior or person in charge of my area.

Firstly is CV screening, online test, followed by an assessment centre. If successful, then there will be a final interview round. There will be associates and VPs leading the interviews and potentially HRs.
