After clearing both Telephonic and F2F round - a HR round was scheduled where I was asked to submit a lot of documents. Then the HR discussion mostly on salary and then they will never call you back. I called them after 3 weeks and they said all offers are on freeze. All positions are gone on hold. we will consider you for any other profile in future. My total process of interview( technical and hr) took just 7 days to complete. But when it came to release the offer suddenly position goes on HOLD. It happened with few of my friends as well.Very pathetic experience.

Got call after 3+ weeks of application. Got interviewed for the first round but result was not provided. Upon reaching out I was informed I am the only one who cleared the interview but the hiring is on hold globally for revising the headcount. I got the same answer for next 2 months.
Then I got to know that this could be a timepass that company does to show the government that they are continuously hiring. They just wasted my time and crushed my excitement for new opportunity. Extremely unprofessional, you should revise headcount before hiring and stop this timepass.
1st round is of technical interview where they will ask about automation related questions and coding related questions
2nd round of technical as well as managerial interview
3rd round is HR discussion
