Standard interview process - A couple of online tests 2-3 stages then AC online with 4 people (2 traders and 2 sales). 10-15min per round.
Questions were quite straightforward. Whole process was well organised.

Final stage (AC) - interview with three separate employees within the given business area with a range of questions assessing market knowledge, knowledge on current market trends, brain teasers(basically riddles) etc
