The process took a day. Applied for Mainframes positions. Process was technical/general aptitude-->technical interview --- > HR.
More than 50% people cleared the aptitude round
Technical round was a little tough. Was asked about the latest work I did in current project. Questions were diverse,some were straight forward cobol/jcl questions and some were scenario based.Interviewer was interested in the approach of a particular scenario rather than solution. Surprisingly not only technical approach but the process followed as well. Could not answer some questions on CICS as I did not work on it. Still interviewer was convinced and I cleared the round.
They made us fill the employment form and thought that I was almost selected.
Later on HR round followed which just basic questions and asked me the expected salary,negotiable or not and whether notice period was negotiable.
After that process was over,did not receive any communication from them.HR did not reply to calls/mails. They hardly selected about 10-12 people in technical round.
Later on discovered that they have freezed the hiring process .
If they did not want to hire people ,why keep the drive !
Contract interview, only 1-2 actual hires, rest is all contractor. In office/onsite. Legacy system, low level, linux, old banking software, included a lot of networking questions, low level, linux questions and things of that nature.

The selection process consisted of four rounds: Coding, Behavioral, Technical, and HR. The interview mainly focused on basics of SQL, computer networks, writing code in any one programming language, and SQL queries. Aptitude questions were also included. There was no discussion about projects, and the process did not proceed to the HR round.
Simple interviews with basic to advance java concepts with spring boot and backend development like hashing component scan repository and more about backend development with respect to java 8 entity and object annotations
